Emmanuel is a results-driven business development and improvement professional with over 16 years of experience in sustainable resource management and operational services. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and exceling in diverse industries.

As a seasoned executive, Emmanuel has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Rajga Construction Engineering in Accra, where he oversaw overall operations and strategy. Previously, he served as Business Development and Sustainability Manager at Nezo Oilfield Supplies Ltd in the Western region, driving business growth and sustainability initiatives. Emmanuel also headed administration at Beniwise Ghana Ltd’s Goldfields Mine site in Tarkwa, and managed sales and operations at MTN sales and distribution in the Western region.

Earlier in his career, Emmanuel worked in marketing and customer service roles at Omni Media (Citi 97.3 FM) and Strategic Communications Ltd, and began his career as a quality controller at Getrade Ghana Ltd.

Emmanuel’s academic achievements include a Master of Business and Technology Management in Supply Chain Management from the University of Mines and Technology, a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration from KNUST IDL, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Natural Resources Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also holds a CILT certification in project management and is affiliated with UMaT – Ghana.

With a strong background in leadership, business development, and sustainability, Emmanuel brings a unique combination of skills and expertise to his role at Elite Minerals as the Category Manager for the Mining Services Support Division.
